Steven L. Chung has successfully handled death and serious personal injury cases involving automobiles and tractor trailers, injuries caused by toxic products, pipeline explosion cases, slip and fall cases involving commercial businesses, and cases against insurance companies. 

Some of his results include: 

* Assisting in the securing of a $6 million verdict for a client who suffered serious injuries from a falling tree limb.

* Obtaining an extremely large settlement for an electrician who suffered serious head injuries when he was knocked out of the bucket of a lift-truck.

* Obtaining a confidential settlement for a patient who was physically assaulted at a Center City hospital.

* Assisting in the settlement of a serious medical malpractice case involving a newborn baby, which resulted in a significant settlement.

* Involved in the Tropicana garage collapse litigation in Atlantic City, N.J. which resulted in the deaths of four construction workers and serious injuries to more than 20 other workers.

Mr. Chung has been twice selected as a Pennsylvania Rising Star, Super Lawyers.  He serves as a Judge Pro Tem and as an arbitrator for the Court of Common Pleas, Philadelphia County, and is a member of the American Association for Justice and the Pennsylvania Association for Justice. He also serves as a Board Member for the Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association.
